All of our skincare products are made in our FDA-approved facility in the U.S. We import a lot of ingredients from different regions of the world and then bottle them in the U.S. to ensure that we provide the highest quality products for our customers.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not! Our products are 100% Vegan with no animal testing whatsoever. At New York Biology, we care about animals and the environment. We are huge cruelty-free advocates for animals and do not support animal testing.
Do your products contain alcohol, sulfates, PABAs, or parabens?
None of our products contain none of these harsh chemicals and we take great pride in that. Our focus is to provide all-natural and organic products, without the use of harsh chemicals.

US SHIPPING
Items ordered and paid for will ship after 1–3 business days, unless an Express Shipping Option is selected. We primarily ship through USPS, though other carriers may be used. After leaving our shipping facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
ORDER ISSUES
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@newyorkbiology.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 72 hours of order delivery.
