We Stand Behind Our Products
At New York Biology, customer satisfaction comes first. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we'll work with you to resolve it. 

Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What Can Be Returned
To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In original condition with original packaging intact
• Returned within 30 days of receipt

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

How to Return an Item

• Our return process is straightforward:
• Email us at info@newyorkbiology.com to request a return
• Receive your prepaid return label and instructions via email
• Ship the item back using the label we provide (we cover return shipping!)

Refund
Receive your refund within one business day after we receive and inspect your return. Note: Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to return the funds to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@newyorkbiology.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Customer-damaged items
• Perishable products
• Custom or personalized orders
• Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases)
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Product Exchanges
For the quickest service, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a separate order for the product you'd prefer.
