I dont have problematic skin but still like a mask once in a while. This one is nice and creamy and much less drying than most clay masks. I got eucalyptus and it smells great and has a coolingslight tingly feeling. It doesnt get fully dry where your face cant move like some masks, which is good for me, but also may not clear pores as well, consequently. Highly recommend if you dont need it to do something and just want a relaxing mask.
This mask, for the price is a pretty good deal. It spreads easy and feels SLIGHTLY tingly but I think only because I have very sensitive skin. I use it purely for relaxation purposes. I find having a mask on at the end of the day is super great for unwinding. But as far as skin benefits go I haven't really seen much of a difference to be honest. I do like the quality and the packaging so I'm happy to say it's a good product but I would probably try a different mask when I run out of this one.

I've never used a mud mask, but it seems like the right consistency. I feel a slight tingling on my skin while using the product. My face feels refreshed after. I think it smells fine. I use a couple papertowels and some warm water to remove it after 20 min. I accidentally left it on for over an hour one night, and it didn't seem to negatively impact my skin. I think it's going to take me awhile to use up the whole jar because it's a decent size. I've been using it 2x a week for a couple weeks now. I'll update this review if I end up with any wonderful or terrible results as I continue to use it.

I really like the feel of this mask. Unlike some other clay masks Ive used, this mask still provides me with mobility of my face, even after it hardens. I do notice a difference in my complexion as well.
This mask is very moist. It left my skin feeling amazingly clean and soft and it smells so nice (eucalyptus). But it wasn't what I was expecting in a clay mask. It never seemed to dry. I wanted that drawing out process that clay provides, but it never happened. This mask is more "buttery". After 30 minutes I rinsed it off. Nothing left behind but clean, very soft skin and I have very dry skin this time of year. I like it.
