Sore Muscle Massage Oil

A massage oil that stays oily enough to not have to use more than necessary and still work! The scent is mild and pleasant, not overpowering. I love that it is cruelty-free, made in the USA and has arnica for sore muscles! That's a first for me! I look forward to using this on my husband's sore arms after driving long distances! I wish it came in a travel-size container for airlines but I'll just have to find a smaller bottle to put it in. Having a pump for the loiquid will make it so much easier - both for refilling and for only needing one hand!

This NY Biology body oil is intended to relax sore muscles. Its pure oil that absorbs after a short period of time using a small amount. It is moisturizing once absorbed. Better result if applied to damp skin. It did seem to relax sore muscles but honestly, I am never sure with this type of product whether its the massaging or the product that does the trick but I assume its the combo of the two. This contains oils of peppermint, chamomile and lavender that can be soothing. The scent is very light and dissipates. I detect mostly peppermint that has a hint of citrus and maybe lavender, that is very pleasant and could be used by men and women. It is blended in the USA and is paraben free, cruelty free and vegan. Modestly priced for the amount.

This oil has been excellent for giving home massages to my wife. It lasts a long time and provides a nice easy lubrication for stretch and deep massage both with my thumbs and fingers and a steel massage tool.

This product really works well. I workout a lot and I always have sore muscles and this has been such a good addition to my after workout routine because it helps A BUNCH!!! I highly recommend this oil for sure!!

I enjoy the scent, and it seems to work as expected. I was disappointed that the bottle leaked a bit in transit despite having an inner seal. Only lost about an ounce, but it did make me have to wipe down the bottle. I also thought this would come with a pump, as pictured. It does not, so be very careful when tipping the bottle for use. I set it on a coaster to contain any that runs down the side.

Bit strong peppermint smell other than that overall its a good product.

This massage oil is very hydrating and smells good. The Chamomile, lavender, and peppermint blend well together to create a soothing scent. I wouldn't say that it helps with sore muscles (outside of using it for massages) but it has a slight cooling sensation to it which does feel nice. It absorbs well and feels hydrating.

Very nice massage oil! I have been using this for back massages on my partner, makes for easy gliding and leaves the skin feeling soothed and soft, and helps moisturize my hands in the process. Along with back massages, I have been using this after showering, helps keep my skin feeling soft and hydrated. The scent is present, but not overpowering. A nice touch that they included bottle cap and pump.

However, the product itself smelled so good that I forgot about the packaging. The main thing is the product and how well it works with the sore muscles. The product was in a thick plastic bottle with a good working pump which dispensed the right amount of oil. Arnica is known for its healing powers and that is one of the main ingredients in this product. The lavender and chamomile provide the soothing relaxation to the body and mind. The product indicates to use this after a shower for better absorbency and that seemed to help. The smell was not too over-powering either.

This massage oil's fragrance reminds me of spearmint gum, which I enjoy. The oil stays on the skin, reducing the need for frequent reapplication, allowing you to spend more time massaging and use less oil.

This is a Great Massage Oil. It smells good and feels wonderful. The pump works good too. The bottle is good sized and should last a while. I love it!

It absorbs into the skin slower than a grape seed oil base (good for a massage oil), but definitely leaves less residue than olive oil. The smell is nice, though Im not sure yet how much the oil blend is helping with pain as opposed to the massage. I sometimes like to use oils like these just out of the shower when my skin has been too dry, it absorbs in well when Im fresh out of a hot shower. Recommend if you like the scents. If you dont, there are good unscented oils out there you can modify yourself.

OMG this massage oil smells so amazing. I've been using it on this one muscle in my neck that hasn't loosened up since an injury a couple years ago and though the muscle still isn't loosening much, having the oil helps and the scent makes me a little happier each time I use it.

If you enjoy body oils, this makes a perfectly good body oil. They don't absorb super fast, probably because they should stay on long enough for the massage. If you want a really really quick-absorbing oil, get moringa oil. That's my top choice for moisturizing oils.
